Benches & Space-Saving Tip
For a space-saving setup, we recommend choosing a bench that is 30 cm shorter than the table length. This allows the bench to slide neatly underneath the table when not in use, helping to keep your dining area clear.
Optional benches are typically available at 38 cm width, designed to complement the table and provide comfortable seating.

If you’re unsure which size is best, simply measure your room, allow space for chairs/benches to be pulled out comfortably, and get in touch – we’re always happy to help you choose.
Our tables are designed to be sturdy, yet straightforward to assemble at home.
• Most tables are delivered with the legs/base detached for safe transport.
• Assembly time is typically around 15 minutes.
• You’ll only need a basic screwdriver (and in some cases, we provide an appropriate tool such as an Allen key).
• All necessary fixings are included, and fixing points are pre-drilled where required.
Simply attach the legs/base to the underside of the tabletop using the supplied fixings, then carefully flip the table upright (we recommend two people for lifting larger pieces).

We work with trusted delivery partners, and for larger items we recommend having two people at home to help bring the table inside. If you have access limitations (stairs, narrow doorways, flats), please let us know in advance so we can advise.
Because every Clar Furniture table is handmade to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on correctly supplied items where the product matches the order details.
For this reason, we strongly recommend double-checking your measurements and access before placing your order. If a correctly supplied item is still to be returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of collection.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
