Delivery and Returns Policy

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your purchases to your home depending on what you ordered, please see the description at our listings. While most of the UK mainland enjoys free delivery, certain areas, including North Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Cornwall, Devon, South Somerset, and West Wales, will incur a delivery SURCHARGE of £50 due to the additional distance. Delivery to these areas will also take longer.

RETURNS

Please take the time to double-check your measurements because every item is handmade to order we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on correctly supplied items. Customers will cover the cost of collection if the item is delivered correctly according to order.
